Refund Policy

1. Nature of Services

RIFAN provides professional consulting services that rely on time, expertise, and intellectual effort from the moment work begins. They are customized services tailored to each client and cannot be returned or resold once delivered.

2. No-Refund Policy

By agreeing to any of RIFAN's services or packages, you acknowledge and agree that all amounts paid are non-refundable once execution of the service has begun, whether partially or fully, and whether the service is completed or the client terminates the engagement.

3. Legal Basis

This policy is based on the E-Commerce Law and its executive regulations in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, which exclude from the right of withdrawal and refund those services whose execution has begun with the consumer's consent, as well as services designed or customized at their request.

4. Cancellation Before Execution

If you wish to cancel the engagement before any actual work has begun on the service, you may contact us and we will review the request. However, once execution has begun (including diagnostic sessions, plan preparation, or any deliverables), the no-refund policy applies.

5. Payment Schedule

• Payments and their link to project milestones are defined in the formal contract.
• Each payment is considered against completed work or resources committed to the project.
• A client's termination of the engagement does not entail a refund of any payment made for work that has begun.

6. Exceptional Cases

If RIFAN is unable to provide the service for reasons attributable solely to it, and actual work has not yet begun, a fair solution will be agreed — which may include rescheduling the service or refunding amounts not matched by work — on a case-by-case basis.
