5. Intellectual Property

Deliverables handed to the client are used for their business purposes only and as stipulated in the contract.

Services are provided on a professional best-effort basis. RIFAN is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages or loss of profits arising from the use of the services, and its total liability — in all cases — is limited to the fees paid for the service in dispute.

RIFAN is committed to keeping confidential the client information it receives while delivering the service, and not disclosing it to any third party without consent, except as required by law or competent authorities.

These terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws in force in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The competent judicial authorities in the city of Riyadh shall have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
